By using AI-Domina — Jung’s Shadow (the “Service”) Telegram experience — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+). You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that adult fantasy/role-play content is legal where you are. The Service is for consenting adults only.

2. What the Service is. AI-Domina is adult entertainment and companionship role-play. It combines an AI persona of Domina Jung (text, and at times her real voice, photos, and video) with content she creates by hand. It is a Dominant/submissive (D/s) fantasy. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional help.

3. Consent & limits. Everything here is consensual role-play. You may set or withdraw limits at any time, and you may stop at any time. Nothing in the fantasy creates any real-world obligation, debt, or control over you, your finances, or your property beyond the optional payments you choose to make.

4. Payments. Purchases are made via Telegram Stars (or other offered methods). Subscription tiers are billed as a one-time choice each period — there is no automatic renewal or automatic charging; access simply ends unless you choose to continue. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases.

5. No refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable — subscriptions, 🌹 roses, livestream tickets, and any custom or bespoke content. Because digital content is delivered immediately or made to order, you waive any right to a refund once a purchase is made.

6. 🌹 Roses. Roses are a virtual reward token with no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. They are earned through the Protocol, granted with paid tiers, or purchased. Roses expire after 12 months of inactivity. Mistress reviews every redemption and may decline any request at her discretion — if she declines, you are not charged the roses. Spent roses are non-refundable.

7. The Protocol (tasks). Daily rituals/tasks are voluntary fantasy activities. Only do what is safe and legal for you. Never do anything that risks your health, safety, employment, relationships, or the law. You are solely responsible for how you choose to participate. Approval/’levels’/’streaks’ are part of the fantasy and have no real-world meaning.

8. Custom / bespoke & big content. Long or custom pieces are arranged directly; the tribute amount is set by Mistress and may be settled outside the bot. Roses may offset it where stated. Such pieces are made to order and are non-refundable once delivered.

9. Livestream tickets. A ticket grants access to a specific livestream session when scheduled. Tickets are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled at Mistress’s discretion.

10. Content boundaries. The Service does not provide nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or any illegal content, and will not produce content involving minors, non-consent, or anything unlawful. Mistress may decline or modify any request that crosses her boundaries or these limits, with no obligation and no refund.

11. Your conduct & content rules. All content Mistress sends you (text, voice, photos, video) is licensed to you for your private, personal enjoyment only. You may not record, screenshot for sharing, repost, resell, or redistribute any of it, anywhere. Doing so is a serious breach: it ends your access immediately with no refund and may lead to legal action. Do not harass, threaten, dox, or abuse. Mistress may refuse service, remove content, suspend, or ban any user at her discretion, with no refund.

12. Privacy & data. Your messages and activity are stored to operate and improve the Service (e.g., to run the persona, track the Protocol, and process payments). Don’t share real-world sensitive personal information you wouldn’t want stored. See the Privacy Notice [link] for details.

13. Availability. The Service is provided “as is.” Features, tiers, prices, and content may change or pause. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

14. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.

15. Not affiliated with Telegram. AI-Domina runs on Telegram but is independent of and not endorsed by Telegram.

16. Changes. These Terms may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept it.
