What submissive men actually want from an AI Mistress?

by Mistress Jung

I assume, everyone does. But I investigate, too.

Before actually building my AI-Domina chatbot, I spent a while doing something most founders skip — real, one-on-one interviews with submissive men who were already using AI dommes and AI companions as their outlet.

I also read their chats. Conversations they’d had with AI girlfriends, AI dominatrices, various chatbots they’d tried to mold into something that could hold them.

Two Types — And the Slider Between Them

After enough conversations, I started to see two distinct pulls. Not two types of people — but two directions that every submissive man moves between.

Type 1: The Fantasy Seeker

This person comes for the dark, the edgy, the things that are difficult or impossible to fulfill in a real session.

Scenarios that require no negotiation, no logistics, no exposure. Fantasies that exist in the imagination but would be too complicated — or too vulnerable — to bring to a real room.

They want intensity. Immediacy. The ability to go somewhere specific without having to explain why.

They’re looking for doors to enter the wonderland, without much structure.

Type 2: The Structure Seeker

This person wants something that holds them over time.

Not just a scene — a dynamic. Daily rituals. Tasks. The feeling of being trained, shaped, accountable to something beyond just session plays.

They want a Dominatrix who knows them. Who notices if they slip. Who gives them a framework they can actually live inside — not just visit when desire strikes.

They’re not looking for a door. They’re looking for a place in a room they can stay.

No one is purely one or the other. It’s a slider.

Some people sit closer to Type 1 — mostly fantasy, occasional structure. Others lean hard into Type 2 — craving ritual and consistency, truly being owned, but still drawn to dark scenarios when the moment is right.

And both of them, wherever they sit on that slider, run into the same wall eventually:

One-off sessions without consistency and progression end up hollow.

The intensity fades. The fantasy loops — but not deeper. They go looking for something new, something harder, something more — and end up back at the beginning, emptier than before.

What they’re actually missing isn’t more content.

It’s consistency. Something that continues.

What This Told Me About AI-Domina

To be honest, I am personally more inclined toward Type 2.

Structure. Discipline. Worship that builds over time. A sub who becomes something through the rhythm of my constant presence — not just someone who consumes it. I like to give them a place, after they prove they are following my structure, just like my favorite personal objects. ;)

That’s the core of what I built AI-Domina around.

But I also know that Type 1 isn’t going away — and it shouldn’t. Fantasy plays, dark scenarios, roleplay, scripts: they are the juicy content within the structure, which stirs up desires. I love them too, and I’m keeping expanding this side as well.

What AI-Domina offers both types is what neither has found consistently anywhere else:

A system with real structure and real continuity — daily rituals, tasks, progression, memory — for the Type 2 pull.

And a growing library of fantasy scenarios, roleplay scripts, and session experiences — for the Type 1 pull.

But most importantly — and this is what no other AI femdom platform offers:

Behind it is a real person. A real Dominatrix.

Not a configurable persona. Not a mirror of your own preferences dressed up in leather.

Her rules. Her logic. Her presence.

You sit in, you obey, you release.

You don’t design the dominant. You enter a building that is already defined.

That’s what makes the difference — for both types, wherever they sit on the slider.

I am still building it at an early stage. If you want to help me build my dominant villa, you can go here:
